As Derkach said at a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency on Wednesday, on November 14, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine announced a new suspicion to the owner of Burisma, ex-Minister of Ecology Mykola Zlochevsky.

“The GPU document once again confirms the data I previously released about Burisma and international corruption. According to Zlochevsky’s suspicion from the GPU, Biden and partners received their $16.5 million for services as part of Burisma’s work. Biden received money from a source which is not the successful activities of Burisma, not brilliant business moves or recommendations. This is the money of the citizens of Ukraine. They were obtained by criminal means. This is what the GPU thinks,” Derkach said.

The people’s deputy noted that a new suspicion of the GPU to Zlochevsky was received by him from investigative journalists.

“According to the investigation, Zlochevsky was directly involved in the withdrawal of funds by the “Yanukovych Family” (or the “criminal organization of Yanukovych”, as it appears in the materials). They laundered Yanukovych’s money through three companies in Latvia,” Derkach summed up.

As reported, on October 9, MP Andriy Derkach published official correspondence between NABU and the US Embassy, according to which the first deputy of NABU Gizo Uglava, through his assistant Polina Chyzh, provided the US Embassy with information for a long time that had a negative impact on the course of events in Ukraine and the United States.

According to him, NABU worker Polina Chizh was instructed by US Embassy worker Anna Yemelyanova to provide information on the case of ex-Minister of Ecology and owner of Burisma Group Nikolai Zlochevsky.

The MP also made public the amounts of money that were transferred to representatives of the Burisma Group, including Hunter Biden. In total, Burisma paid less than $16.5 million to Hunter Biden, Aleksander Kwasniewski, Alan Apter and Devon Archer, according to the documents.

According to Derkach, Shokin repeatedly contacted NABU Director Sytnik as part of the criminal proceedings against Burisma, but constantly received formal replies. Shokin’s activities, according to the people’s deputy, caused Joe Biden’s overt irritation and his fifth visit to Kiev in two years, on December 7-8, 2015, was devoted to resolving the issue of Viktor Shokin’s resignation for the affairs of Zlochevsky and Burisma.

According to Derkach, “the subject of pressure was a $1 billion loan guarantee that the United States was supposed to provide to Ukraine:” Biden himself admitted the fact of pressure in his speech at the US Council of Foreign Relations in January 2018.

On November 11, Derkach announced in his video blog that the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, Nazar Kholodnitsky, launched an investigation into his allegations that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) provided information to the US Embassy in Ukraine. He also noted that from May 2014 to October 2015, Burisma transferred $ 4 million 817 thousand to Rosemont, and the latter transferred a reward in the amount of $871 thousand
