According to a copy obtained by the US Internet media Axios, the US State Department said in a report titled’Elements of China Challenge’, “China voted in favor of all 10 UN resolutions against North Korea. It watered down,” he pointed out, “We continue to support Pyongyang’s dictatorship through food and oil supplies.”

“The uneven enforcement of Chinese sanctions has enabled Pyongyang to develop nuclear weapons by reducing pressure on North Korea.”

The US State Department also said that China has continued to help or at least tolerate the development of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and missiles in North Korea, Iran and Syria. The report said, “These countries continue to acquire WMD materials and technologies from Chinese enterprises, using Chinese territory as a transshipment point.”

The 74-page report was written under the direction of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo as part of US President Donald Trump’s efforts to transform public policy, the Voice of the United States (VOA) said.
