Reuters photographer shot in Cairo

Cairo. – A photographer for Reuters was shot Wednesday in his foot when Egyptian security forces on supporters of the deposed president. Mohamed Moersi struck.
Reuters reported Asmaa Waguih had to be treated for a gunshot wound.

Meanwhile, the country’s health ministry said 95 people were killed and more than 840 were injured when security forces and protesters Wednesday across the country clashed with each other.

In Cairo, soldiers opened fire on protest groups for the past six weeks against Moersi’s eviction speech.

Among the fatalities were the cameraman Mick Deane, 61, who worked for Britain’s Sky News.
