America confirms sending marines to Yemen
The United States sent a team of American marines to Yemen after the events that occurred yesterday where protesters rampaged Menddon the film anti-Islam the U.S. embassy compound in Sanaa.
The Yemeni sources said that 52 members of the U.S. Marines arrived at eight o’clock Thursday evening at Sanaa airport military armed with their weapons.
The Pentagon announced Friday that the United States sent a team of (Marines) to protect the U.S. Embassy in Yemen.
A spokesman for U.S. Department of Defense George Little said the spread of about fifty soldiers from the Marines in Yemen, “a precautionary measure”.
The Interior Ministry announced that the clashes and riots and sabotage witnessed by the U.S. embassy in Sanaa yesterday, caused the deaths of 4 civilians and wounding 38 other citizen, and 10 security personnel assigned to protect the embassy.
And received President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi president telephoned the President of the United States of America Barack Obama, where the two presidents agreed to condemn any abuse of the Islamic religion or other religions.
Obama expressed regret what caused the events and the use of violence against the U.S. Embassy, noting that these facilities do not have a relationship, not the U.S. government including those caused by abuse.
He pointed out that these events will not affect the nature of the excellent relations and good between the two countries, especially since Yemen is undergoing a delicate and democratic transformation.
